First Look at Kristen Stewart as Joan Jett

Here’s a leaked paparazzi photo on Kristen Stewart in a jet black mullet hairdo as Joan Jett in The Runaways, a film based on Jett’s 70′s band of the same name. As you can see, Kristen looks nothing like her famous character from Twilight, showing she is trying not to be type-cast. Besides Kristen, the film also stars Dakota Fanning as Cherie Currie, Stella Maeve as Sandy West, and Alessandra Torresani as Lita Ford. The film will chronicle the rise and fall of the group, focusing mostly on Kristen and Dakota’s characters.
