Sam Raimi Talks About Spider-Man
Sam Raimi is busy these days touring the world to promote his return to horror, Drag Me to Hell. But people obviously care much less about this movie than they do about the next Spider-Man sequel. But Raimi has very little info on that, although he recently spoke about his thoughts on all the Spider-Man flicks he has made thus far. Here’s a link to the interview he gave.
Natalie Portman will be playing the role of Jane Foster, the love interest of the title character in Kenneth Branagh’s Thor. Her casting has officially been confirmed by Marvel yesterday (July 13). The film will co-star Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Tom Hiddleston as the villain Loki. The synopsis of the film from FirstShowing.net:
This epic adventure spans the Marvel Universe; from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is The Mighty Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth and forced to live among humans as punishment. Once here, Thor learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth.
