First Look At Clash Of The Titans

Here’s the first released photo of Terminator Salvation actor Sam Worthington as Perseus in Louis Leterrier’s Clash of the Titans . From the looks of the photo, the film looks to be darker than the 1981 version. In Greek myth, Perseus is a demi-god (that’s half god) born to a mortal woman. This remake tells the story of how Perseus leads a battle against Hades, god of the underworld, in an effort to stop him from over-throwing Zeus and unleash suffering on humanity.

Natalie Portman will be playing the role of Jane Foster, the love interest of the title character in Kenneth Branagh’s Thor. Her casting has officially been confirmed by Marvel yesterday (July 13). The film will co-star Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Tom Hiddleston as the villain Loki. The synopsis of the film from FirstShowing.net:
